Senior 3D Lighting Artist

Mission générale

Le·la Senior Lighting Artist 3D est responsable de la mise en lumière et du rendu des plans qui lui sont confiés. Dans un fonctionnement studio où chaque artiste est généraliste, il·elle est capable d’intervenir en amont et en aval du lighting afin d’assurer la cohérence et la qualité globale des scènes.Il·elle garantit la qualité visuelle, la conformité technique et le respect des délais, en accord avec la direction artistique et les contraintes du superviseur et de la production.

Missions principales

Mise en lumière et rendu

  • Réaliser le lighting des scènes 3D selon les intentions artistiques définies.
  • Définir les ambiances, contrastes et colorimétries.
  • Préparer les rendus et passes pour le compositing.
  • Capacité à faire du lookdev rapide si besoin.
  • Gérer ses plans en autonomie et respecter les délais.

Intervention généraliste sur les scènes

  • Intervenir en amont du lighting (ajustements layout, caméras, matériaux).
  • Ajuster shaders si nécessaire.
  • Assurer la cohérence technique des fichiers avant rendu.
  • Intervenir en aval en lien avec le compositing pour garantir la qualité finale de l’image.

Collaboration et amélioration continue

  • Optimiser les scènes (qualité / temps de rendu).
  • Livrer des fichiers propres et conformes aux contraintes et au pipeline.
  • Anticiper et signaler les soucis éventuels.
  • Travailler en lien avec la Réalisation, la Supervision et la Production.
  • Participer aux validations internes et client·e si proposé par la production.
  • Accompagner les profils plus juniors.

  • Maîtrise des standards du packshot haut de gamme (Idéalement joaillerie et/ou horlogerie).

    Senior 2D/3D Project Technical Supervisor

    General Mission

    The Supervisor is responsible for the technical quality and the accurate execution of the artistic direction on their assigned projects.
In close collaboration with Production, they ensure the successful completion of projects in compliance with specifications, deadlines, studio documentation, and quality standards. To do so, they must understand, interpret, and meet the Director’s creative expectations while integrating the schedule constraints defined by Production.

    Main Responsibilities

    Communication and Coordination

    • Act as the main point of contact for the Director and Production on all technical matters.
    • Participate in production and validation meetings (internal and client-facing).
    • Anticipate technical challenges and propose appropriate solutions.
    • Provide technical recommendations to support Production/Management decisions
    • Contribute to schedule planning by accurately estimating workloads.
    • Provide clear, structured, and actionable feedback to artists.
    • Maintain smooth communication with other Supervisors and Leads to ensure overall technical consistency across the project.

    Technical and Artistic Supervision

    • Lead and support 2D/3D talents involved in the projects.
      • Advise and guide artists on technical and methodological aspects.
      • Supervise, validate, and monitor the technical production of shots (modeling, rigging, animation, lighting, FX, compositing).
    • Ensure the quality of deliverables and their alignment with the Director’s and client’s expectations.

    Continuous Improvement and Pipeline Optimization

    • Contribute to defining, maintaining, and improving the pipeline in collaboration with the R&D / TD teams.
    • Participate in the continuous improvement of the studio’s internal processes
      • Monitor technological developments in tools, software, and methodologies, and support their implementation with the CTO and developers
      • Analyze post-mortems and extract operational insights for future projects.

    Senior Production Director / Production Manager

    General Mission

    This position is open as part of the development of a new structure in Dubai. We are looking for someone who is already based there or has the ability and willingness to relocate to Dubai. Ensure the successful management of the studio’s 3D animation projects, in compliance with deadlines, budgets, and artistic objectives.The Production Director acts as the primary point of contact for the Director, internal teams, and the client. They ensure smooth production workflows and effective communication between all stakeholders.

    Main Responsibilities

    Planning and Budgeting

    • Co-develop production schedules with the CG Supervisor, based on the Director’s creative direction.
    • Analyze project requirements based on the script, brief or storyboard, and conduct a technical breakdown (shots, sequences, constraints) to estimate the time required for each task.
    • Determine the logistical, technical, and human resources required for the project.
    • Develop the overall schedule, including:
      • team scheduling
      • meeting planning
      • internal and client validation timelines (project lifecycle management)
    • Translate the schedule into a detailed budget estimate/proposal
    • Present, explain, and justify the budget to the client after validation by the Commercial Director.

    Production Management

    • Ensure the proper execution and smooth progression of the production process, from pre-production to final delivery.
    • Oversee the day-to-day progress of production (image, sound, post-production, etc.).
    • Manage the onboarding of external collaborators in projects and ensure that confidentiality agreements and contracts (freelancers, temporary contracts, etc.) are properly signed in coordination with HR.
    • Act as the main point of contact between:
      • internal teams (2D, 3D, pre-production, post-production, CTO, etc.)
      • the Director and the Supervisor
      • Management (Creative, Administrative)
      • external vendors
      • the client
    • In collaboration with the CG Supervisor and the Director, propose adjustments to prevent discrepancies between artistic intent and production realities, and provide solutions aligned with budget, schedule, and technical constraints.
    • Monitor production progress, quality standards, and deadlines.
    • Anticipate and report unforeseen issues, delays, or risks that may arise.

    Performance Indicators

    • Ensure the collection and monitoring of project KPIs: progress, workload, productivity, quality, client feedback, post-mortem analysis.
    • Report these indicators to the studio’s management during weekly meetings.

    Collaboration and Continuous Improvement

    • Each Production Director manages and leads their own projects while using the shared tools and methods established by the Production team.
    • The Production team regularly coordinates (meetings, exchanges, shared tools) to ensure overall consistency and facilitate smooth transitions between projects for artists.
    • The Production Director may collaborate with another Production Director on specific projects when necessary.
    • The Production team coordinates daily to maintain an up-to-date studio schedule that reflects current and upcoming workload.
    • Identify needs, propose improvements, and contribute to the optimization of production methods and tools.

    Mission générale

    Administrateur·rice Systèmes est responsable de l’exploitation, de la sécurité et de l’évolution de l’infrastructure informatique du studio.Il·elle garantit la disponibilité, la fiabilité et la performance des environnements IT (postes de travail, serveurs, services cloud), tout en assurant un support technique aux équipes de production. Il travail sous la supervision du CTO du studio.Dans un studio où le numérique est au cœur de l’activité, ce poste s’inscrit également dans une démarche de sobriété et de durabilité, en contribuant à une gestion responsable des ressources informatiques.

    Missions principalesAdministration des systèmes Windows

    • Administrer les environnements Windows (clients et serveurs).
    • Assurer la gestion avancée des contrôleurs de domaine Active Directory.
    • Définir, maintenir et optimiser les GPO.
    • Gérer les droits utilisateurs, machines et groupes de sécurité.
    • Administrer l’environnement Microsoft 365 (utilisateurs, licences, accès).
    • Gérer les droits et espaces SharePoint.

    General Mission

    Develop and lead the artistic vision of the studio’s animation projects assigned to you, from concept to final delivery.
Ensure artistic consistency throughout every stage of the pipeline in collaboration with the Creative Direction, Production, Supervision, and the teams.

    Main Responsibilities

    Creative Development and Artistic Direction

    • Develop and stage a story, pitch, concept, or creative intention originating from a client.
    • Create artistic references including mood boards, visual research, lighting intentions, visual styles, and animatics.
    • Present the project to internal teams (Supervision, Production, Management) and to clients in order to explain, defend, and refine creative proposals.
    • Ensure visual and narrative consistency throughout the entire production process, making sure the artistic vision is properly translated by the teams and clearly presented to clients (through storyboards, still frames, references, animatics, etc.).
    • Articulate and defend artistic choices both internally and externally.

    Creative Leadership

    • Lead artistic teams (2D, 3D, pre-production, post-production) by participating in validation meetings.
    • Make creative decisions while considering technical constraints, budget limitations, and available talent.
    • Identify and propose creative solutions aligned with the project's challenges and objectives.

    Collaboration and Continuous Improvement
