Senior Lighter
General Skills
- Create lighting for 3D shots and sequences while respecting the defined artistic direction.
- Ensure visual quality and consistency of renders across different shots.
- Translate narrative and artistic intentions into adapted lighting atmospheres.
- Propose technical or artistic solutions to optimize both quality and rendering efficiency.
- Anticipate and prevent lighting issues through a solid understanding of upstream (modeling, shading, animation) and downstream (compositing, rendering) processes.
- Maintain high artistic and technical standards throughout the project.
- Demonstrated experience in product packshots, ideally in lighting watches or luxury items, to achieve photorealistic results.
Organizational Skills
- Collaborate with production to meet deadlines and quality standards.
- Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure seamless integration of elements.
- Identify technical constraints during shot preparation and propose appropriate adjustments.
- Prioritize and organize workload to manage multiple shots or sequences in parallel.
- Contribute to pipeline efficiency by flagging potential blockers early.
Technical Skills
In-depth knowledge of the production pipeline, including:
- Modeling
- Shading
- Rigging
- Animation
- Lighting
- Compositing
- Editing
Proficiency and regular updates on the following production software:
- 3D: Blender
- 2.5D: Nuke, Adobe After Effects
- 2D: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro
- Excellent command of lighting principles, color theory, atmospheres, and both photorealistic and stylized rendering.
- Strong expertise in lighting for product packshots and luxury objects (watches, jewelry, accessories), with extreme attention to detail and finishing.
- Ability to analyze and solve technical issues related to rendering and lighting.
- Strong interest in technological developments and active monitoring of tools related to lighting.
Ideally, this position will be based in Geneva.

Film director
As a Director / Art Director, you will be responsible for the visual and artistic direction of projects, from pre-production to final delivery. Your main role will be to define the creative vision and ensure the aesthetic and narrative consistency of the studio’s productions.
General Skills
- Write, adapt, and/or stage a story.
- Translate a story into cinematic language.
- Create artistic references (moodboards).
- Ensure coherence in storytelling, from script to final edit.
- Validate each stage of the production process.
- Present the film to the studio’s creative management and clients.
- Argue and defend creative proposals with clients or project teams.
- Resolve conflicts and make key decisions.
- Maintain artistic cohesion within a team.
Technical Skills
